The People Behind It

We’re a husband-and-wife team who bring different strengths to the table — and that’s exactly why it works.

Together, we combine creative thinking with business experience. From building a brand’s visual identity to creating content and developing marketing strategies, we look at the bigger picture and focus on what your business really needs.

For us, it’s not just about making things look good or collecting likes. It’s about helping you connect with the right people and turn that attention into real opportunities for your business.

Kristina

Kristina leads the creative side of BrandUp Labs — from branding and visual identity to content, photography, video and social media management.

With a background in content creation and a sharp eye for detail, she turns ideas into visuals and stories that feel intentional, human and made to connect.

When she’s not creating, you’ll probably find her dancing bachata, playing padel or somewhere near the sea.

Janis brings 20+ years of entrepreneurial experience, with a background in B2B sales, business development and strategic growth across Europe and the Middle East.

At BrandUp Labs, he focuses on business strategy, lead generation, marketing, automation and finding smarter ways to grow.

Outside work? Usually good coffee, padel — or another idea he’s already figuring out how to build.
